99 Alumina Ceramic Liner Cylinder with 316 Stainless Steel Outshell
This model of cylinder is composed of two types of material. The housing is made of 316 stainless steel , which is more corrosion resistant when getting in touch with chemical , oil, ink . The inner ceramic plunger material is 99% alumina ceramic , it is higher density around 3.9g/cm3, flexural strength 360 Mpa , and compressive strength 2300 Mpa . This part is sliding fitted to a ceramic plunger rod , so it has request on the inner diameter tolerance .
This product is developed used on printing system as RDU 50mm stroke .
