Pressureless Sintered SSiC Silicon Carbide Sleeve Bearings 

Pressureless silicon carbide sleeve bearings has corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, non-magnetic, non-conductive and good self-lubricating.

It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, good self-lubricating performance, high temperature creep resistance, low friction coefficient, high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient.

Silicon carbide all ceramic bearing rings and rolling elements are made of pressureless silicon carbide (SSIC) ceramic materials, and the retainer uses PTFE as the standard configuration. Compared with zirconia bearing materials, it can be suitable for higher temperatures and more harsh corrosive environments.

Application: in extremely harsh environment and special places, such as ultra-high temperature environment (groove ball type is recommended), it can withstand almost 1300 ℃. As another example, in highly corrosive chemicals (PTFE cage is recommended) has a long service life, because its hardness is as high as hrc90 degrees.
