Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide Thrust Ring 

Silicon carbide thrust ring has corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, non-magnetic, non-conductive and good self lubrication.

It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, good self-lubricating performance, high temperature creep resistance, low friction coefficient, high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient. Silicon carbide all ceramic bearing rings and rolling elements are made of pressureless silicon carbide (SSIC) ceramic materials, and the retainer uses PTFE as the standard configuration. Compared with zirconia bearing materials, it can be suitable for higher temperatures and more harsh corrosive environments. Application: in extremely harsh environment and special places, such as ultra-high temperature environment (groove ball type is recommended), it can withstand almost 1300 ℃.
